Are you passionate about Pilates and dedicated to helping people discover the joy of movement? At The Pilates and Movement Lab in Brantford, ON, we’re on a mission to support our clients’ long-term health, functionality, and vitality through personalized and effective movement. We’re looking for an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Pilates Instructor to join our team and help us unleash the joy of movement in our community.

Job Details

• Salary: Competitive, $30.00 - $45.00 per hour

• Type: Part-time (5-10 hours per week, with potential for growth)

• Schedule: Flexible hours (day, evening, and morning shifts available Monday to Friday)

• Location: In-person, Brantford, ON (must be able to reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting)

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, personalized instruction to individual and duet clients, empowering them to improve their health and fitness.

• Build and nurture strong, supportive relationships with clients.

• Offer virtual sessions to accommodate client needs.

• Provide ongoing encouragement and support to ensure clients achieve their wellness goals.

Qualifications

• Required: Pilates Instructor Certification

• Preferred: 1-2 years of experience teaching Pilates, including reformer and mat work.

• A commitment to ongoing education and staying current with Pilates techniques and trends.

• A passion for helping others and promoting a healthy, active lifestyle.

• Self-motivated, organized, and capable of working independently.
